For the past 28 years, Monique has worked as a subject matter expert in the adherence of policies, administrative functions, leadership, and budgeting, supporting many agencies, organizations and teams in streamlining processes, increasing efficiency, retaining customers, increasing revenue, case management, systems administration, risk assessment, ty control, payroll, onboarding, and an array of human resource functions.

Monique was able to leverage her administrative, training, budgeting, and organizational skills and knowledge to pivot into Transaction Coordinator. In this role, she helps professionals identify areas for process improvement, maintain industry compliance standards, develop sustainable solutions for process improvement, and increase operational efficiency in transaction processing and administrative functions.
