I have learned so much from Monique; her guidance and mentorship have enabled me to become a better person. Under her leadership, the ministry of volunteers grew into a strong union of volunteers who actively sought a better understanding of their role in the ministry. After Monique explained her vision for the ministry and the role each volunteer would play, and that everyone would be cross-trained in every aspect of the ministry, the ministry grew with volunteers. Students were happy to attend the new class. The class count increased due to the change in frequency and procedure. -MN”

Monique was a foundation for everyone that attended class, served or just visited. She explained everything in a manner that the person she was speaking with understood, answering any questions they had, helping us adjust to the new dynamic. She most definitely was a cornerstone in the class growth, someone everyone relied on & trusted. She revamped and streamlined all the admin processes, training of the volunteers & systems to arrange meetings outside of serving for the class.- “KR”
